10 In 10: Solo Takedown Drills

Inspired by the Yoga For BJJ 10 in 10 Programme, I decided to create a 10 BJJ Drills in 10 Minutes for the Rolling With Tom Members.

Here is the first video, It covers 10 of my favourite takedown drills and is a great warm up or can be a killer workout depending on how hard you work.

Here are the drills:

  3. Hip Thrust
  4. Round The corner
  5. 3 Way Sprawl
  6. Sit Out
  7. Duck Under
  8. Judo Step
  9. Judo Drop Step
  10. Jump Over
