Since the lockdown started, Chels and I have been running virtual training sessions for our students. While the session will never replace an in-person class at our academy, they do help keep our students developing and staying in shape.
I want to share one of those classes with you now. The session below focuses on the Long Step Pass. The Long Step is a pass that’s often done incorrectly, but can be a valuable tool in your passing arsenal.
During the class, we go through the long step movement, why you’d use it, and how you can connect the long step with other passes. As many of our students don’t have a training partner, we demonstrate how to practiced on a person or a training dummy. Check out the session below:
