Way back in 2011, I had the pleasure of being invited to compete at the ADCC finals in Nottingham, UK. During my preparation, I developed a simple sequence of passes to use against a seated opponent.
In episode 8 of 2 Minute Jiu Jitsu, you’ll get to learn part of this sequence, which uses the X Pass. This sequence is something I still use to this day and works great both Gi and No Gi.
