2 Minute Jiu Jitsu Ep 31: Hip Push Mount Escape

Getting crushed under your opponents mount is no fun and typically ends in a submission and friction burns on your face.

While there are many ways to escape the mount, I find the Hip Push to be one of the most effective. The nice thing about the hip push escape is it can lead directly to a sweep or leg lock.
