Have you ever seen a video title like “the punisher” or “back roll sweep from collar and sleeve grips”, and wondered what the hell they’re talking about.
Maybe the title gets you curious, so you click on the video, only to be confronted with a wall of talking before they demonstrate the technique.
I have. Many times. It can be infuriating.
Worse, I know I’m guilty of doing it too. When filming, you get caught in the classical instructional dogma – talk about the position, then the grips, then details, etc.
All these things are essential, but the viewer still has no idea what the technique looks like or if it’ll be useful to them.
When we recorded the Reverse De La Riva instructional, we decided to do something a little different.
The instructional starts with a discussion about the positioning details of the Reverse De La Riva. It then moves on to some drills that will help you improve your positional control and retention. That’s all pretty standard stuff.
However, when we come to the main section, before each technique we show a preview of how the technique should look. No intro, no details, no talking… just a little background music, a title, and a demonstration from two angles.

Don’t forget, until Midnight on Monday 20th July, you can get the full 55+ minute instructional for only £7
That’s crazy pants cheap!

There’s no fancy sales page, but I guarantee the instructional is worth the tiny investment. If you don’t agree, let me know, and I’ll give you a full refund.
