If you’ve been training grappling for any length of time, you’ll have probably have suffered from some Fighters elbow aka Tennis elbow aka Golfer’s elbow. Not only is it a pain in the ass, but fighters elbow can heavily impact your ability to train.
Personally, this is something I’ve suffered with for many years, and as I write this, I’m going through a particularly painful episode. As a result, I’m always looking for ways to combat this common BJJ problem.
I know fighters elbow is an incredibly common problem among Jiu Jitsu peeps, so after I felt the benefit from the stretches covered in the video below, I know I had to share it with you.
