Wondering if this video (BJJ WOD #15) has been uploaded to YouTube yet. For some reason it is not coming up. I would love to continue but there is not enough description to the workout without some video help.

The video has been blocked by Youtube due to the music we had on in the background. We’re working on editing it and re-uploading. For now we’ve added the live stream version, which isn’t great quality, but should give you an idea of the workout.
