I’m big fan of drills that have multiple benefits such as increased cardio, better technique, improved timing. These type of drills will maximise your time and help you improve quickest.

Today, I want to share one of my favourite guard pass drills. But it’s not just a drill for passing guard, it’s also a great drill for countering the guard pull. Plus it’ll improve your cardio and timing.
